Additional Job Category Listing – $25 - $99/year (priced by search popularity)

The main way consumer referrals are matched to you is by Job Category and specific project criteria. Projects are only referred to contractors who want that type of work. Additional Zip Codes – $20 - $1,298/year (priced by # of households)

Consumer referrals are matched to you by zip code so you only work where you want to. Your main business zip code is included in your membership. Adding additional zip codes to your profile will enable you to be matched to more areas thus increasing your chances of referrals.

Inspections - $450/per inspection

Inspections really stand out when a consumer is looking at more than one contractor in a particular Location/Trade. Your job will be independently inspected for code adherence and quality. Passing an inspection earns you the special I symbol that really puts you in front of other contractors that may have matched the same project and location criteria.

Gallery - $199/year

Add a Gallery to your profile that allows you to show pictures. Seeing is believing! Nothing does a better job of showing off what you can do than actually seeing it. Before and After pictures are particularly successful in getting consumers to hire you.

You may request as many inpections as you like.

Why are some zip codes more expensive?

The cost of "paper advertising" is enormous compared to internet advertising and is priced by population or households in a particular area. It is much less expensive to advertise in a in a small town than in a major city. The zip code pricing reflects the amount of people who will see our advertising and allows us to advertise adequately in all areas.

Why do additional zip codes cost extra?

What makes the National Contractors Rating Bureau different from other web matching and referral services is that we advertise locally . This type of advertising is extremely effective for contractors as consumers still look locally for these services. Having members pick zip codes helps us to direct advertising to those specific locations. The nominal fee helps defer the enormous cost of "paper advertising".
